Delete it in the app

1. Open Maruva and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. The app deletes the account and signs you out.

This works for accounts created with Google or Apple and for guest accounts on this device. Uninstalling the app does not delete the account.

What is deleted

Everything tied to the account is removed at once: your profile, taste profile and preferences, diary, wishlist, challenges and achievements, assistant conversations, label photos you submitted, sign-in records and usage events. Deletion cannot be undone.

We keep only a record that an account with that identifier was deleted, so the deletion can be proven and a late message from an app store cannot recreate it. It holds no name, email or activity. Encrypted backups expire on a rolling schedule of about seven days; data deleted from the Service disappears from them when the last backup containing it expires.

If you cannot sign in

Write to dev@maruva.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We complete the request within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
